Big Brother: Sarah is a live, in-person social-strategy competition played in a single day. Players build relationships and alliances, compete in challenges, make high-stakes strategic decisions, and navigate votes as the game unfolds over roughly 10–12 hours.
The game combines strategy, competition, relationships, and deception in a compressed format. Breaks, including a lunch break, are built into the schedule, but players are expected to remain through the end of the event. Eliminated players may remain as jury members and participate in deciding the winner.
