Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, selection, or participation in Big Brother: Sarah.

Applicants are responsible for providing accurate information and for updating the BBSarah team if material information changes before the event.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to participate in the in-person event in the Los Angeles area.

Additional eligibility requirements may apply before a player is selected. Selected applicants will receive any applicable requirements before participation is confirmed.

Applications are reviewed by the BBSarah team. Selection is not guaranteed and submitting an application does not create a right to participate.

The BBSarah team may contact applicants using the contact information provided in the application.

A monetary deposit may be required from a selected player before participation is confirmed. No deposit is collected merely by submitting this application.

Before any payment is requested, the applicant will be provided with the applicable payment terms, including the exact amount, payment deadline, payment method, whether the deposit is refundable, the circumstances under which it may be refunded or forfeited, and any applicable cancellation or exception rules.

The applicant will have an opportunity to review those payment-specific terms before making the payment. Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of the payment terms presented at that time.

The application checkbox on this page does not authorize BBSarah to charge the applicant, does not constitute payment, and does not by itself make any applicant responsible for a deposit that has not yet been presented and accepted under the applicable payment terms.

Players are expected to follow reasonable instructions from the BBSarah production team, comply with event rules, and treat other participants, staff, and property respectfully.

Specific game rules, safety requirements, release forms, and other participation documents may be provided to selected players before the event.

BBSarah may modify the event schedule, game structure, location, or other event details when reasonably necessary.

A selected player may be removed from participation for failure to meet applicable eligibility requirements, failure to follow event rules or safety instructions, or other circumstances addressed in the participation terms provided before the event.

Any effect of cancellation or removal on a monetary deposit will be governed by the payment-specific terms provided before the deposit is paid.

Participation in Big Brother: Sarah may involve physical activity, competition, games, movement through event spaces, interaction with equipment or props, and other conditions that may involve risks of injury or property damage. By accepting these terms, the applicant acknowledges these potential risks and agrees to participate voluntarily.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the applicant releases and agrees not to hold BBSarah, its organizers, producers, staff, volunteers, contractors, and event personnel responsible for claims arising from ordinary negligence or other risks inherent in voluntary recreational participation, including personal injury, illness, death, or property damage occurring in connection with the event.

The applicant understands that this release does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be released or waived. Nothing in these terms is intended to release liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.

Selected participants may be required to sign a separate, more detailed participant release, assumption-of-risk agreement, medical acknowledgment, or other event-specific waiver before participating. If a separate agreement is required, that agreement will control to the extent of any conflict with these application terms.

Information submitted through the application is used for casting, communication, event planning, and related BBSarah operations.

Applicants should avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not requested by the application.

Big Brother: Sarah is an independent, community-run competition and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CBS, Paramount, or any television network.

By checking the Terms & Conditions box on the application, the applicant confirms that they have reviewed these terms and agree to be bound by the terms applicable to the application process.

Participation-specific terms, releases, waivers, safety requirements, and any payment-specific terms may require separate acknowledgment before participation.
